On January 23, 2019, the final of the 39th Global Management Challenge (GMC) ended in Huangshan. In this competition, the Business School team composed of Huang Linbang, Xia Donglin, Zhang Jieyi and Chen Dongpeng won the national second prize under the leadership of Prof. Muqiang Zheng and Mr. Chaowu Fang.
The Global Management Challenge (GMC) is the world's largest business Management simulation competition across five continents, officially accredited by the European foundation for Management development (EFMD). Originating in Europe in 34 years ago, it is an annual international competition. Nearly 2,000 teams from all over the country participated in the Global Management Challenge this year. After five months of preliminary competition, rematch and semifinal competition, the Business School teamof STU won the national second prize and the best organization award.
