October 28th, 2015, The Foreign Faculty Meeting was successfully held by Business School Dean, Professor Lu Yuan. During the meeting, Teachers freely shared ideas and thoughts with open minds, coming up with a number of valuable and effective solutions of the improvements for foreign faculty teaching as well as foreign teachers’ services.
“Internationalization” had been the most discussed topic, which had contributed to unlimited inspirations and treasured suggestions. Since internationalization requires bilingual teaching, teachers suggested that more English-taught courses would be a crucial way to improve the Business educating system. Furthermore, students’ participation were thought to be highly valued, as well as the considerations about how to attract students’ interest in the school’s English-taught courses.
Last but not least, teachers’ service was determined to be improved by business school and the frequency of meeting was favorably set.
