The 5th China Management Annual Meeting (CMAM) was held on 13th and 14th of November in Dalian. This year's meeting was organized by China Society for Management Modernization and hosted by Faculty of Economics of Dalian University of Technology.
Discussions in the meeting focused on the topic 'China: Management Innovation in Post-Financial Crisis'. Joined with 500 attendees, Mr Hu Shaodong and Associate Professor Song Baoxiang from STU Business School attended the meeting. A number of influential academics and experts were invited to deliver topic reports.
Mr Hu delivered his essay, Are Regional Factors Indispensible in the Profitability of Foreign Firms, in a parallel forum. He and Professor Song also introduced to the delegates the recent achievements of Shantou University, and delivered a message of invitation for next year’s annual meeting, which will be hosted by STU Business School.
