The first Employment Salon welcomed in Business School
On Oct 14, the first employment salon was held in 201 E-building. Manager Fang Dehui from China Telecom Shantou Branch and his group brought a cathedra about It’s not a dream of my future——to be a designer for your career for Business School students. A lot of students took part in the cathedra.
Manager Fang Dehui had so much leader experience in state-own corporation, joint venture, and privately owned corporation. He focused on strategic management of corporation, goal management, employee job career design, and made deep research in job career design.
Manager Fang narrated particularly from the basic of job career design, basic order, why we need to design our job career, and how to design it. To be understood, he quoted vivid example and his own experience to spur all the students present. He made a few of suggestions to students, either.
On the meeting, Manager Fang and his group reacted with students. They answered how corporation would filter CV, how to make splash in CV, wined warm applause.
At last, the host, Mr. Su Junzhi, concluded the salon, and appreciated what Manager Fang and his group did. This salon made success.
