On the afternoon of Mar. 14, 2009, the 13th Shift Conference of Business School Youth Volunteer Association was held in the seminar room, Business School. The Business School General Party Secretary Mr. CHEN Motian, Mr. ZENG Rui and all members of Business School Youth Volunteer Association attended this conference. The representatives of the university and other colleges’ Youth Volunteer Association, as well as other organizations in Business School were also invited to the conference.
At the conference, Secretary CHEN encouraged the members of Youth Volunteer Association with the title “Polish the Brand of Youth Volunteer Association” and expressed his best wishes to Youth Volunteer Association. Then the 12th president ZHANG Jieyi made conclusions about past year and expressed high hopes for the next session of the Governing Council.
During the election campaign statements and the respondent aspects, CAI Liyun, TAN Qianyun, PENG Xianli and HUANG Chuying, four candidates put forward their own idea of the job. But they four all shared a common determination to develop Business School Youth Volunteer Association. After statements, election was held with intensive atmosphere. At the same time, teacher ZENG Rui made comments about this meeting and confirmed the success achieved by Business School Youth Volunteer Association. He also wished the organization would become stronger and stronger.
After staffs’ carefully counting, CAI Liyun of 07 Grade was elected the 13th president and TAN Qianyun of 07 Grade, PENG Xianli of 08 Grade were elected vice-president of Business School Youth Volunteer Association. They said that they would take their responsibility and try their best to develop Business School Youth Volunteer Association
