Business School Held Communication Meeting for Instructors and New Postgraduate Students
The communication meeting for instructors and new post-graduate students was held in academic seminar room, Business School (BS) on Sept. 26th, 2008.
The meeting was hosted by the dean of BS, Prof. Xu Zongling. First, Dean Xu Zongling showed congratulation and welcome to the new postgraduate students on behalf of BS, and briefly introduced some relevant aspects about graduate student training work. Then, instructors in the meeting respectively introduced themselves as well as their research field to students, which helped new graduate students to get general ideas about the instructors.
After the meeting, the draft amendments of "Master training programs" for three different majors of master degrees were discussed by the instructors. Professor Xu Erming particularly delivered a speech on the program adjustment; at the same time other teachers also put forward many valuable suggestions for it. This meeting promoted the training of graduate students to a higher level, and achieved the desired goal.
