The 13rd GMC China Section (2008) competition finished. GMC Organization Committee announced final result on Jan 8, 2009. ShantouUniversityBusinessSchool team ranked 11 in all the 73 universities and won silver medal and newcomer award of 2008.
Shantou University Business School GMC team consisted of graduate and undergraduate students. On Dec 8, 2008, Shantou University Business School GMC New Star team entered semifinal. Under the instruction of Mr. Zeng Fanqi, New Star team made all their best and won rank 4. They did better in the semifinal. Thus, all the members, Ren Zelin, Yang Wenjing, Huang Qi, Lin Jiafa and Dong Guohong awarded the Second Certificate and other 40 students the third one.
Shantou University Business School took part in GMC match and entered semifinal. Mr. Zeng Fanqi said that gained experience of this time, Shantou University Business School GMC team had more confidence in next GMC match.
