In order to meet coming of the second Shantou University Open Day on May 10, Business School organized "Internet radio site interview"," business etiquette to introduction", “love in Sangpu, one hundred paintings” and “good wishes” four activities. The aim of these activities was to let visitors to experience the university life and show Business School graceful bearing. This activity received a positive response and a total of 63 students wanted to participate in activities on open day as volunteers.
in order to allow a smooth and orderly activities, SU Bingdian presided the "open day" training of volunteers to coordinate the work of the Conference in the Academic Seminar Room At 4:00 p.m. on May 8. At the meeting, SU Bingdian thanked the volunteers’ support for open day. Subsequently, she emphasized that volunteers were on behalf of the image of Shantou University so volunteers should have a sense of ownership and greet visitors with passion, courtesy, enthusiasm. Also, volunteers should introduce and advertise STU to visitors and give them guidance and advice. There were also discussions on the coordination and division of labors.
This meeting let volunteers have a better understanding of their responsibilities and obligations. They were not afraid of hardship and were ready to make their own contribution to open day.
