Emerging economic School Association (Association of BRICS Business Schools, ABBS) held the fifth BRICS Students Meet on October 25 -27, 2013 in Shanghai. As a founding member of ABBS, Shantou University Business School was invited to attend the seminar. The STU team, led by Prof. Yi Wang, was formed by our MBA students Jia Wen Qiu , Jiamei Jiang , and undergraduate Yuan Cheng , Shan He , Ying Xu , Huimin Xiao, Xu Chen , and Liuying Yu.
The meeting management education programs around the university to discuss attracted a total of “BRICS” nearly 90 student representatives to participate in the Shanghai University of international business, during the period for various corporate visits, cultural exchanges, talent show and quiz and other activities. Through this meet, our school eight students and students from around the world had a friendly exchange activities, and forged a profound friendship between transnational. Four days living in Shanghai , everywhere cultural exchange and appreciation, on the 25th morning, we visit the Shanghai Free Trade Zone , the Tangshan Deep-water Port ( the world's largest port , China 's first free trade zone ) , arrived in the port we were amazed by the immediate container tracts , where we learned that Shanghai 's foreign trade scale, the afternoon we arrived in the Lujiazui financial center, in the evening we attended a simple cocktail party , cocktail party on behalf of our hospital and national friends on the same stage performances Indian classical dance Bharatnatyam, the Chinese pipa and so full of national style show constantly surprises , we are enjoying such a national feast.

The seminar for national business school students with academic exchange platform. During the meeting, the organizers planned international students through lectures and participate in various competitions in various aspects of communication. On the 27th morning we had company visits. In the afternoon , the three countries students had knowledge contests , competitions examines the multifaceted knowledge of the athletes , including politics, history , literature, economics and so on, our students performed well , finally, by the Indian and Shanghai University of international business students’ team to get a combination of the first game , our school won the third prize . Through the game, which made us knew that as an outstanding business school students , not only to learn professional knowledge, but also dabbled in many aspects of the information , in order to have a keen eye on the market to make the right judgments.
