A workshop for career advising was held on 8th June. Mr Li Ke, Manager of AIA Group Limited (Shantou), and his team of elite, gave speeches to Business School students.
Mr Li's speech focused on the relationship between thinking patterns and development patterns. Interactive calculations, multiple choice and review questions were used to demonstrate the importance of converting thinking and environments.
Ms Li Yan, who is currently a career advisor at Yi Xing Recruitment Consultancy, shared the experiences and lessons she gained in her career with the insurance company.
