On December 9th, School of Business held the second Teaching Innovation Competition to further implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue and enriching the innovative ideas of teaching.
Four teachers, Piao Xiaorui, Zhou Lichen, Huang Zilun and Li Ziying, participated in the competition. Zou Zhibo, Party Secretary of Business School, Long Yue'e, Vice Dean of Business School, and young teachers at the school attended the competition.
In the beginning, vice dean Long Yue'e introduced the judges and delivered a speech for the competition.

The competition was conducted through a combination of material judging and on-site demonstration. In the report session, the participants displayed the aspects of teaching design, teaching philosophy, and so forth. In the defense session, the judges had in-depth exchanges with the participants on the content of the teachers' achievement reports and the on-site teaching innovation reports and put forward valuable suggestions on the improvement of their teaching ability.

This competition not only builds a platform for business school teachers to display teaching style and exchange experience on teaching concepts and methods but also helps the construction of first-class courses and majors, comprehensively improving the quality of talent training.
