Recently, a report written by Associate Professor CHONG Zhaohui and Professor LIANG Qiang (Dean of School of Business Shantou University and Director of the Shantou University Research Institute for Global Chaoshang Entrepreneurship) titled 'Suggestions on Building a Multi-Center Innovation System and High-Quality Implementation of the Innovation-Driven Development Strategy' was submitted to Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Taiwan League. It received affirmative remarks from Provincial Leadership. It was adopted and transformed into a collective proposal submitted to the 2024 Guangdong Province CPPCC meeting.
