Prof. Medhi Krongkaew from Thailand Visited Business School
On the morning of Nov. 17, 2008, Prof. Medhi Krongkaew from Thailand visited Business School, and had a conversazione with teachers and graduate students delegates in conference room on the 4th floor of Wen Xi Building. Medhi Krongkaew is a professor of Economics in Thammasat University, and of National Development & Management Institute in Thailand. He also is a member of Anti-malversation Committee in Thailand. And he was Director of Economy & Technology Committee, APEC.
Before the conversazione, Prof. Medhi Krongkaew said ahead that the purpose of this visiting to Shantou University was to visit his mother’s homeland, Jieyang, then to know about Economics’ teaching and researching for undergraduate and graduate students in Shantou University. During the communication, Prof. Lin Danming introduced Business School including history, mission statement, major characters, recruitment and employment etc. Prof. Medhi Krongkaew listened carefully, and made notes at any time. After his understing, Prof. Medhi Krongkaew told his opinion about Economics in teaching and researching. Prof. Qin Zhong, Wang Wei, and graduate Liu Hongjuan also expressed their opinions, and discussed government responsibility, corporation responsibility with Prof. Medhi Krongkaew.
