In China’s hot summer holiday of August, I have got a chance to go to a beatiful island called Victoria to have a 20-days studying in Canada’s salubrious autumn August. Although more than one months has past, it still feels fresh to memorize that period of experience. Those people, those things, those joys, those difficulties, all have left precious stamp in my life and at the same time have brought me many things to learn and to gain.
This time going to participating in summer program in University of Victoria is my first experience to go abroad. Before departing, I was very excited, but also a little worried and afraid. After arriving, the fresh island air, tidy streets and campus, and the kind and good-mannered people there, suddenly made my nervousness fade away largely. Ever after the days almost all past in having calssed in daytime and going out for activities in night, which were very enriched and joyous. Our all four courses were being teached by five or six different teachers who had very different styles from each other, but fortunately with attentions I could catch up with the teachers, and also the games in class also let us learn in happiness. The last group presentation and final exams are the most nervous time, every one had done their best to do a good job. The Farewell Banquet, we all get presents and our own grade report. Thanks to my listening carefully in calsses, I did pretty well in final exam and get a A+ finally. I am reealy cheerful!
Thanks for this experience! Thanks for the knowledge and friendship I gained!
