Students Team of STU Business School Entered the Final Competition of CIMA in South China

Good news came from the CIMA in South China. Teams from Shantou University, Xiamen University, Zhongshan University, Jinan University and Guangdong University of Foreign Studies entered the regional final competition. The STU Business School team included two teachers, XIE Wenli and WANG Wei, and four undergraduate students, GONG Yonggao, HUANG Bingcong, CENG Meiling and WU Shuxian. The 5 teams will attend the final competition of CIMA in South China in Jinan University on 24th April.
   
On the competition scene held in Jinan University on 24th April, the teams should state their case in the form of PPT and answer the questions coming from the judges and audiences. The first, second and third winners would be prized in the form of cash, training camps and the opportunity to intern in the famous companies.

 
This challenge with the title “ finding the leaders in Business” was held in Sep 2008. Over 60 Universities from North China, East China and South China competed in this challenge. About 500 teams and 2000 students took part in the competition.
      
The winner of South China will pursue the final championship of China in May 2009 and compete for the qualification to the final competition held in Singapore with teams from Hong Kong, Malaysia, India, U.K., Ireland.
