On the afternoon 2nd April, TANG Yan (06 Accounting) was selected as the participant according to his perfect English and Chinese pronunciation, the proficiency speech skills and the adaptability. LIANG Yan (08 Accounting) and LIU Xiaolu (07 Business Management) were selected as the watching players. They will take part in the final competition of “2009 AIA QIU ZHI WANG Chinese Competition” on behalf of STU Business School in Jinan, ShanDong province on 12th April. In the past month’s competition, the competitors performed well and showed the passion and quality of Business School.
AIA QCCC is an international competition launched by AIA and its Participants come from the Mainland, Hong Kong and Macau. The goal of the AIA QCCC is to improve the competitiveness when they graduated from the school during the English and Chinese competition and enhance the communications among these areas and to become more international. STU Business School has continued to send students to this competition for several years and achieved good results. TU Xuemei(o5 accounting) behaved well in last year’s competition and won the prize.
At the beginning of March, Foreign projects in Business School received the Invitation from AIA and Business School informed the preliminary Application notice on the website and received 14 English and Chinese manuscripts in a week. And 7 students entered into the next round.
On the afternoon 10th March, the selecting interview was held in the 4th meeting hall. After judging 5 aspects, LIANG Yan (08 Accounting), ZHANG Wanying (08 International Trades), LIU Xiaolu (07 Business Management) and TANG Yan (06 Accounting) were selected to attend the two weeks training.
On the afternoon 2nd April, the final PK came. After the four students’ speech, TANG Yan (06 Accounting) was selected as the participants, LIANG Yan (08 Accounting) and LIU Xiaolu (07 Business Management) were selected as the watching players according to their performances. This year’s selecting courses of AIA QCCC 2009 closed successfully. The competition was intense but our students made grate enhancements and showed the spirit of fair competition.
