To enhance students' understanding in marketing theories, Mr Chen Yinglin, vice secretary of Business School GPB, delivered a lecture for postgraduate coursework students, titled 'Classical Theories and Inspirations of Marketing'.
In his lecture, Mr Chen incorporated the legendary stories of Mr Lee Ka Shing, as a demonstrating case, to illustrate his point that marketing should embody the three critical factors, namely, customers, competitors, corporate resources and strategies.
A Q&A session was carried out after the lecture. Attendees raised some questions in specific career realms and were provided with suggestions.
