Shantou University SIFE (SIFE) Team Held Actual Combat Simulation Game

April 16, in order to meet the upcoming SIFE (SIFE) competition in South China area, Shantou University SIFE (SIFE) team held combat simulation game in 3rd Academic Exchange Center Conference Room. The present of Li Ka-shing Foundation FENG Zhaolin, Vice President of Shantou University LIN Danming, the manager of Kejian Software Co., Ltd. Shantou ZHENG Boxin, Associate Professor of Business School WANG Yi attended this meeting as judges. The present of Li Ka-shing Foundation ZHANG Manzhi, Vice President of Shantou University LI Dan, Director of Business School XU Zongling, Associate Professor PU Xiangzhi, Associate Professor ZENG Fanqi, Associate Professor KONG Ying and Chase. Kusterer also attended the meeting. 

Firstly, SIFE teammates introduced the Chaoshan area and the situation of STU SIFE team. And then they described the development of eco-tourism in Nanao Island, Chaoshan snacks recovery plan, Chaoxin artists in detail about the projects’ backgrounds, feasibility analysis, team project development objectives, implementation steps and the achieved results. After the speech show, the judges and guests made comments on their speech and they also put forward many constructive proposals for their current project management team. At last, the judges and gusts made best wishes to SIFE team members.
 
Through the simulation of this competition, participating and non-participating team members harvested a lot of valuable experience and knowledge. They also further clarified team objectives and the concept of SIFE for a deeper understanding.
 
After the game, team captain WU Linyu concluded: “Various departments had done well in preparations before the game, the entire process wet smoothly and this game achieved good results. From this competition, the team’s learning mentality and responsibility should be affirmed, but the collaboration between the entire team needs to be improved.” How to make SIFE become more mature and professional as a self-management, self-service-based student organization has become an important problem for every SIFE teammate.
