On November 8
th, 2016, Prof. Andrew Lai (Lai Wenyu), director of Wright State University School Business International Project, accessed to Shantou University Business School, and also had a long communication on the development of the Joint Education Program with STU International Cooperation Department Director Liao Xuequan, Teaching Affairs Department Director Cai Yinghui, STU Business School Dean Lv Yuan, Deputy dean Song Xiaobao, Finance Prof. Chen Siyan.
In the morning, the promotion of Joint Education Program was held at 5
th Meeting Room of Academic Conference Centre. Prof. Andrew Lai introduced the condition of Wright State University's including the humanistic culture, the programs and faculty of Raj Soin business school and "2+2" double degree program, "2+2+1" bachelor-master combined program and "3+1+1" bachelor-master combined program, and also patiently answered the students ' questions. In addition, Wright State University MBA graduate student Zhang Xiaochen shared his study and life experience in WSU.
Later, Joint Education Program was moved into in-depth discussions. Both sides come to an agreement on the GPA measurement, student selection and project applications and other aspects, and also had a further discussion of the exchange student programs and other possibilities of cooperation programs. This meeting achieved a great success, and played a significant role in promoting the progress of the cooperation programs.
