the First English Training Course for Faculty of Business School Was Held Successfully
In order to keep pace with the development of Business School, the first English training course for the faculty of Business School was held in the seminar room of Wenxi building on August 27, 2008. Chase Kusterer, from America, taught the course for all the administration staff and several teachers. The contents of the first course were office conversation and common expressions. During the course, the trainer, Chase Kusterer with abundant preparation, led trainee to adapt to the English environment through lecturing, practicing, and performing, which had earned good comments from all faculties. It is reported that the courses will be arranged in the afternoon of every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday even after the new semester begins. Business School is committed to improving her faculty’s English proficiency. And the subsequent English training programs will also be successively launched so as to advance the preparation for the internationalization strategy.
