Prof. WANG Wei, Business School has got approved by the National Nature Science Foundation 2009 for her research project of A Research on the Relation between Staff Motivation Factors and Behavior after Companies Use Info System. This project got a sponsorship of 230 thousand RMB and it needs to be finished in December, 2012. This is the great achievement on research project Business School has got this year. It is also resulted from the subject construction of Business School.
This project is a pioneering subject in reform on info technology and organization, which has great theory and application values. The approval of this project set up a milestone that Business School has got academic recognition in this field.
Business School has built up a great research team with a reasonable structure in the field of reform on info technology and organization. The authorities of Business School has provided a great support to the application of this project to the National Nature Science Foundation 2009.
Since the beginning of this year, Business School has got a great research achievement including 5 projects sponsored by the Guangdong Province Nature Science Foundation, 1 project sponsored by National Social Science Foundation, 1 project sponsored by the National Nature Science Foundation. From 2007 up to September of 2009, Business School has got 24 projects sponsored by provincial and national research foundation.
