Student Union of Business School Organized A Quality Development Training for Cadres

In the morning of 21st March 28, 2009, Student Union of Business School Organized A Quality Development Training for Cadres in the Academic Seminar Room. Espacialy, Student Union of Business School invited SU Junzhi of Youth League and HUANG Huicong, a member of Human Resources Department in STU, as the keynote speakers. During the training, Mrs. SU firstly described the Student Union of Business School as a organization which is a bridge between the other organizations. Then she shared the experiences and gave some suggestions on planning and decision in University, the cooperation among work, study and life, how to cultivate charismatic leadership, the unspoken rules exited in society and working environment. Then she thought that student leaders should have the abilities of management, organizing, analysis, language expression, ideas, and tackling emergencies. At last, Mrs. Su pinned her hopes on the attendances and encouraged the audiences to work hard for the goal of Learning and Serving organization with the aim of Student Union. Then HUANG Yingcong introduced the topic of “The first series of the growth of Biaowang” with humorous language. It includes two aspects: the marketing course of biding and three preparations of biding. At last, the president of Student Union shared the goals with the other teammates and pointed the importance and roles of the Activity Monitoring Group This training closed successfully and its effects will be showed up in the coming students’ work.
