Business School Met Wright State University for Further Cooperation

On March 20th, 2017, the delegation of Raj Soin Business School, Wright State University (WSU) of the USA visited Shantou University Business School. Dean and Prof. Joanne Li, Associate Dean and Prof.Thomas L.Traynor and Prof.Andrew Lai from WSU met the Associate Dearn and Prof.Song Xiaobao, Associate Dearn and Prof. Bu Xiangzhi, Prof. Chen Siyan (Director of Finance Major), Prof. Zhao Peihua (Director of Business Administration) and Associate Prof. Saul Desiderio to seek for further cooperation in joint programmes between STUBS and Raj Soin Business School.
 
In that morning, a sharing session about Studying in the US was successfully held by Business School in the Seminar Room 203. Prof. Andrew Lai shared the experience about studying as well as living in the US and introduced the joint programme held between STUBS and Raj Soin Business School. During the session, Prof. Joanne Li, Prof.Thomas L.Traynor and Prof.Andrew Lai patiently answered students’ questions.
 
Later, the delegation of WSU met with Associate Dearn and Prof.Song Xiaobao, Associate Dearn and Prof. Bu Xiangzhi, Prof. Chen Siyan, Prof. Zhao Peihua and Associate Prof. Saul Desiderio to discuss on the progress of “2+2” undergraduate programme and undergraduate-postgraduate programme as well as to explore details on these programmes. Both schools hope to intensify the communications and cooperations in order to offer faculties and students of the both sides with more opportunities to study and communicate with each other.
