The 2011 Citi International Case Competition (CICC) was held between 31st October and 4th November.
Students from 20 teams representing their respective nations, including China, HKSAR, Singapore, South Korea, Japan, New Zealand, participated in the event. Business School students Liyu Huang, Zhongbing Li, Qianying Zhang, Xiaowei Yang, adviced by Prof Ling Zhang, comprised the STU team.
The 26 hours competition was believed to offer not only experience in academic exchange but also social networking opportunities.
Aside from the intensiveness in the event there were also performances carried out by students, including demonstration of traditional clothing.
Thammasat University, University of British Columbia and University of Southern California were the final top 3 teams.
