On July 6, 2015 to 24,ZhouZhong(finance,level 2013),from Shantou University Business School,attended“the Baltic ISM Summer University exchange program”held by ISM University of Management and Economics, Lithuania. The project participants come from all over the world, including France,Portugal,Austria,Sweden,Holland,Belarus,Lithuania,Nigeria,Georgia etc.ISM university is located in the center of Lithuanian capital, Vilnius and has modern learning system and equipment, such as Cambridge style classroom,classic style library and modern research room and so on.
In three weeks of the project, I studied two courses: International Business and Economics and International Project Management.In the process of learning,with good learning attitude and solid professional foundation,my performance got praised by the teachers and students from the whole world.Besides,I passed the tests of International Business and Economics and Project Management.(8 points and 10 points respectively,full marks a 10-point scale). In the summer program, I experienced the European advanced teaching methods and innovative learning mode.Moreover,I gained the knowledge and build up friendships.
Besides classroom learning,there are so many cultural experience of exciting activities,such as city of directional game,beach visit,UNESCO cultural heritage Curonian Spit visit and local enterprises and multinational companies in Lithuania (including western union company) visit which help the participants understand European history and culture deeply and experience different lifestyles and attitudes towards life. In this exchange project, I gained a lot from both inside and outside class which not only broadened my horizons but also learned knowledge.
