On Mar.7, 2009, STU SIFE Team held the first meeting in the new semester in Rm. 201, Teaching Building E. Each program group gave a summary report on what they have done last semester. The excellent volunteers got awarded. The meeting also discussed about the upcoming competition in South China.
The participants of this meeting are supervisors of the STU SIFE Team Associate Prof. ZENG Fanqi and Associate Prof. KONG Ying, Mr. Chase.B.Kusterer, all formal members and volunteers of STU SIFE Team as well as another 17 new volunteers who were just recruited after interview. Associate Prof. ZENG Fanqi mentioned that SIFE provides students a great opportunity to improve their abilities and get in touch with the social organization. Since its birth, the STU SIFE Team has got great support from the Li Ka Shing Foundation, Shantou University and STU Business School.
