On the afternoon of December 25th, a delegation led by Professor Rao Pingui, Head of the Department of Accounting, School of Management, Jinan University, visited our institute for a research discussion. The meeting, hosted Professor Long Yue'e by Vice Dean of School of Business Shantou University, was attended by Wen Riguang, Head of the Department of Accounting and Finance, and faculty members Associate Professor Chen Wenchuan, Dr. He Kang, Dr. Duan Ran, and Dr. Fu Yumei.
Vice Dean Long Yue'e warmly welcomed the delegation from Jinan University's School of Management and introduced various aspects of our institute, including its development history, vision and mission, discipline development, talent training, faculty construction, as well as achievements in teaching and research.
Professor Rao Pingui, Head of the Department of Accounting at Jinan University, provided an overview of their department, covering the development history, academic status, faculty strength, and student employment.
Finally, both schools engaged in in-depth discussions on specialized talent cultivation in accounting subjects like Intelligent Finance and Accounting, Digital Management Accounting, and Big Data Innovation Accounting. They shared their respective educational experiences and actively explored feasible talent training programs.
