On the morning of December 19, 2023, School of Business held the preliminary round of the 3rd Teaching Innovation Competition. Professor LONG Yue'e, Vice Dean of School of Business, along with young faculty members, attended and observed the competition. The event was hosted by CAI Jing from the Teaching Affairs Office of the School. Nominated by departments, four teachers participated in the competition: Chen Mingqin and Duan Ran from the Department of Accounting and Finance, Teacher He Ziya from the Department of Business Management, and Teacher Piao Xiaorui from the Department of Applied Economics. Professor Yang Miao from the Medical School, Associate Professor Yang Jingyuan from the School of Literature, and Vice Dean Guo Gongxing from the Business School were invited as judges. At the start of the competition, Vice Dean Long Yue'e introduced the judges and delivered a pre-competition speech. The competition was conducted combining material evaluation and live competition. Finally, Vice Dean Long Yue'e summarized the event. After a scientific, fair, and impartial evaluation by the judges, Chen Mingqin and Duan Ran won the first prize, while He Ziya and Piao Xiaorui won the second prize. Vice Deans Long Yue'e and Guo Gongxing, along with Professors Yang Miao and Yang Jingyuan, presented the awards to the winning teachers.
