On the afternoon of December 6th, the School of Business and the Teacher Development & Educational Assessment Center organized a workshop on teacher teaching innovation competition experience sharing. This event also served as the pre-competition training for the '3rd Shantou University Faculty Teaching Innovation Competition' for the Business School. Vice Dean and Associate Professor Guo Gongxing of School of Business was invited to share and interact, with young faculty members participating.
Firstly, Associate Professor Guo Gongxing shared his insights and gains from participating in the teaching innovation competition based on his own experience, motivating teachers to actively engage. Professor Guo shared his experiences in two parts: 'Preparation of Review Materials' and 'On-site Competition'.
During the interactive exchange session, Professor Guo and the attending teachers delved deeply into discussions on topics such as the selection of competition courses, the depth of cutting-edge knowledge in course content, and course design. The pre-competition training session of the Business School concluded successfully amidst enthusiastic applause.
