On July 10th, the Center for Rural Revitalization Research at the Business School joined forces with the Jiexi County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the Jiexi County Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau to conduct a comprehensive training program titled "A Deep Dive into Jiexi Tea Industry Chain from Processing to Marketing". The event welcomed 60 participants, including members of the Jiexi Tea Association, tea growers, and representatives of tea farmers.
Mr. Zhang Yanzhong, Director of Shantou Chaoshan Gongfu Tea Research Institute, delivered a keynote speech on "Tea Planting, Processing Techniques, and Marketing Strategies in Jiexi County".
Following the training session, the expert team conducted a live tea tasting and evaluation for the attendees. They also provided a live tea frying demonstration and guidance, sharing cutting-edge techniques and successful experiences. This hands-on approach allowed participants to gain a firsthand understanding of the current state and future potential of the tea industry.
