林婕，房地产经济学博士，毕业于香港大学（The University of Hong Kong），主要从事土地政策和区域经济发展相关课题的研究，多篇论文发表在高水平国际学术期刊。林博士曾赴德国进行城市考察和研究，多次参加相关领域的国内外学术会议并进行汇报。
