AIA Internship Recruitment Program
Purpose
1. In line with our nation’s long-term talents development program, which helps university student to develop into the future high-level professional talents with international perspective and experiences, as well as to learn to respect the multi-cultural background and way of life, to understand the mode of operation of enterprises.
2. To provide student access to finance and fiscal teaching experience and enhance their professional skills.
3. To help students fully apply the theory knowledge into practice, resolve the relevant issues of strategy and experience between teaching and learning.
4. To provide students on-the-job training and opportunities to observe how administration works, in order to enhance the enthusiasm from the business and financial expertise.
5. To provide students a good specialized situation, in order to help them to build up confidence, strengthen their aspirations in business and reach their goal to become high-level professional talents

Business School junior students and graduates
Internship Period
Internship for a period of 6 months, from February to July 2009
Job Responsibilities
1. Help customers understand the importance of insurance.
2. Meet customer needs, provide expert advice.
3. Promote customers the right plans of health protection and financial management.
4. To provide comprehensive after-sales service.
Recruitment Requirements
1. Active personality, ambitious, positive and helpful, with good communication skills, as well as communicative competence
2. Work hard, own a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility
3. Have a good team-work spirit, coordination skills and learning ability
Treatment and Welfare
