th of October, Professor Dennis Lee and Deputy Director of MBA Center Jiali Lin led students of MBA & S MBA in Business School to Singapore for a study tour of 8 days.
Under a thorough and detailed planning, all the members in the tour actively participated in all the events with an attitude of discovery, as well as their youthful heart. By the leadership of Professor Dennis Lee, the team had a tight but wonderful schedule everyday, and visited HDB (The Housing & Development Board), IE Singapore, LTA (The Land Transport Authority), Senoko Coffee Factory, Newater Center, Sembcorp Industries, Singapore Museums and etc.. Students had review meeting after the schedule of everyday to summarize their learning from each event, and also share their different ideas with each other.
The Singapore Study Tour has realized a goal of communication between students and Government Organizations, NPO (Non-profit Organization), Multinational Corporations, Personal Enterprises as well as many local communities. At the same time, students had a relatively deep understanding on the policy, economic and culture of Singapore. Gaining a quite fruitful Study Tour, students of MBA & S MBA are expecting more and more programs as the Singapore ones in the future.
