A training workshop, organized by Guangdong Provincial Department of Science and Technology, was held between 7th to 9th April in Foshan. Professor Cao Qiong of STU Business School attended the workshop.
Ojective of the workpshop was to investigate the transition of towns and counties in the region from conventional to innovative production. Attendees include delegates from Italy, the US, HKSAR, local government officials, as well as experts and scholars in the field. Attendees visited a number of engineering enterprises after the workshop.
Closing dinner was hosted by the Italian Consulate General in Guangzhou.
