It is the historic 30th anniversary year of our country's reform and opening up. It is also the 30th anniversary of founding for the journal of Economic Management (by Chinese Academy of Social Sciences). Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Institute of Industrial Economics and Anhui University of Finance jointly organized the Chinese economic theory and practice of management reform workshop and the memory for the journal of Economic Management 30th anniversary of the founding. The workshop had been divided into a number of sub-sub-topic of management of industrial enterprises. Dr. QIN Zhong was invited to attend this meeting. The seminar is China's economic management (2008) Annual Forum, in November 7th to 9th, 2008, held in Bengbu City in Anhui Province. The attendees were from Renmin University of China, Beijing Normal University, Wuhan University, Xi'an Jiaotong University, Sun Yat-sen University, Jilin University, Nanjing University and other institutions of higher learning, totally more than one hundred experts and scholars attending the meeting. During the meeting, the delegates visited one of the sources of China's reform, Fengyang Anhui Xiaogang Village. Dr. QIN Zhong, from our School, participated in this meeting and submitted the conference paper: "The Analysis of the Government's Entering Control to the Civil Aviation Routes from a Game Theory Perspective -- to consider the entering control to the routes by relaxing price controls."
