On the morning of May 26th, School of Business held an on-site inspection meeting for external expert evaluation of undergraduate teaching quality assurance in Wenxi room 203-2. Several experts from various universities were invited to participate, and the meeting was attended by Long Yue'e, Vice Dean of the School of Business, Yao Ming'an, Director of the Teaching Quality Assurance Committee, and Guo Gongxing, Vice Dean and Deputy Director of the Teaching Quality Assurance Committee. The meeting was chaired by Vice Dean Guo Gongxin.

At the beginning of the meeting, Vice Dean Long Yue'e, on behalf of the School of Business, warmly welcomed and sincerely thanked the experts for their presence. She provided a brief overview of the School's professional development, teaching quality assurance mechanisms, talent cultivation models, and achievements. Subsequently, Vice Dean Guo Gongxing and Director Yao Ming'an introduced the content and considerations of the evaluation to the attending experts.
Following this, the experts conducted a thorough review of teaching documents, including talent cultivation plans for various programs, teaching quality assurance systems, course outlines, graduation thesis materials, and final assessment materials. They diligently examined the materials and gathered ample and appropriate evidence to form their evaluation opinions.
In the afternoon of May 26th, at the School's invitation, representatives from employers, including Li Jiali, Deputy Director of the Human Resources Department of China Bank Shantou Branch, visited our institution to participate in an employer exchange symposium. The symposium was attended by Vice Dean Long Yue'e, Director Yao Ming'an of the Teaching Quality Assurance Committee, and committee members Zhao Peihua, Cai Chuangneng, Chi Qishui, Yan Bo, He Kang, as well as Cai Jing from the Teaching Affairs Office. On the morning of June 16th, School of Business conducted an online feedback and exchange meeting on external audit opinions for teaching quality assurance. The meeting was attended by representatives of external audit experts from higher education institutions, including Deputy Minister Tang Jing, Vice Dean Jiang Jianwu, and Director Yang Defeng, as well as department heads from the School and all members of the Teaching Quality Assurance Committee. Vice Dean Guo Gongxing chaired the meeting.
During the meeting, the external audit experts provided substantial recognition of the School's undergraduate programs, including the program's focus on 'Artificial Intelligence and Big Data+' in business education, course offerings, and curriculum management. They also gave specific feedback and improvement suggestions regarding the training objectives, distinctive features, strengths, and curriculum design of various undergraduate programs.
Overall, the feedback session was constructive and aimed at enhancing the quality of undergraduate talent cultivation at our School.
